Alfalfa Pellets are a great high fibre treat ideal for foraging or hand feeding. While alfalfa hay should never be a healthy adult Rabbit or Guinea Pigs primary source of hay, it's perfectly acceptable and even irresistible as an occasional treat! This pouch contains 300g of Alfalfa Pellets Feeding: To be enjoyed occasionally as a treat. Up to 30g (roughly 2 tbsp) per offering.

Never use as a substitute for regular long strands of hay. These are not a replacement for nutritional pellets that are part of your small pet's daily ration as they do not include balanced nutrients that pelleted food contains. Hay pellets should not be a substitute for real Hay.
