Good solvency properties with high oxidation stability. Oil treatment for all untreated softwoods. DMSO extract according to IP 346 (Polynuclear Aromates) less than 3.0 %.

To treat cedar cladding to extend its life and protect the colour. The product is a light tan colour when in the can which will leave a clear matt finish. Excellent UV Protection.

No pealing, flaking or blistering. Dirt resistant. Help reduce algae and fungi attacking the wood.

Will bring out the grain and give the wood a wet look. Great decking oil. Decking Oil penetrates deeply into timber surfaces and, in a similar way to bark, attaches to the wood capillaries providing protection against extreme climate conditions.

This product is designed for use on softwood timbers. Cedar, Larch, Pine and lots more. It is not suitable for timbers which contain tannin's, such as oak.

Cedar Cladding Oil is the ideal finish for cladding, doors, windows and other exterior joinery. This treatment prolongs the life of the wood keeping the wood supple. Our treatment will help prevent stopping cracking, splitting and discolouring.

Rye Oil Ltd.'s decking oil is a clear product that wont effect the original colour of the wood. Application of Decking Oil While one coat should do the job, it does depend on the porosity and age of the wood. Application can be hand bushed, sprayed or dipped.

If the wood has already been varnished or waxed the treatment won't work, however, it is fine to be used on pressure treated timber. Rye Oil Ltd suggests that for best results reapplication should take place every 3-4 years. This treatment is also used as a hard wearing pine decking oil.

The reason for the introduction of the product is to replace Texnap 22 as an alternative wood treatment. Decking Oil / Cedar Treat MSDS Reviews by engineer100_012, Oct, 2016 Multi Use with great results I bought this oil to spray on a newly built Thermowood Clad Workshop. The oil is very easy to apply and has given the workshop a fantastic finish which has been commented on by many passers by.

After a conversation with Rye Oils man John I have now used this on my Outdoor Wooden Furniture as well as my Decking and Pergola, again with excellent results. This oil is easy to use, very economical with great coverage and above all an excellent finish. Verified purchase.

by leighton, klaudia, 17 Aug, 2017 Forget normal deck oil. I was skeptical in the beginning after using a well known oil for many years. Thought I would give it a go and WOW! I used on a typical pine deck and the colour is similar if the deck has been rained on.

The oil seems very similar to danish oil but does not leave a yellow tinge. Highly recommend! Verified purchase. by rc131213, 11 Aug, 2017 18 fence panels and rail fence I Used this product for 18 close board fence panels (one side) rail sleepers, rail fence and field gate.

I used a sprayer and also brushed in. It Worked really well leaving all timber a really nice colour and well protected. Can't recommend this product enough will be buying another 25l next year to re-treat.
