The LED tape is colour changing, with different effect modes and dimming. This product is rated IP66 as long the product is sealed and heat shrunk. This kit has a controller included.

It allows access to 16 colours ranging from; red, green, blue to white. There are 4 colour modes available: stobe, flasing, fast fade and slow fade. You are able to manually dim up and down by using the two icons on the remote.
