The remote can control the mode (LED or laser), the flashing speed and also it can set a variety of daily on/off cycles for the candle. The LED laser candle is powered by 2 x LR14 batteries (not included,) and the remote is powered by a 3 volt CR2025 Lithium button battery (included)
