The transmitter is connected to the camera's interface connector and is powered by the camera body. The transmitter has an access point, HTTP, and FTP modes and makes it possible to actively use multiple cameras at the same time. The camera settings can be changed remotely and LiveView output is possible in HTTP mode or with a computer on which the software for Nikon Camera Control Pro 2 is installed.
The HTTP mode allows you to use any Web browser that you like, even on a smart device to remotely control your camera via a wireless or Ethernet cable connection. The Nikon WT-6 is compatible with Nikon D5.
