They are suitable for relieving headaches, tension headaches, migraine, backaches, rheumatic and muscle pain, toothache and period pain. They also relieve sore throat and fever, aches and pains of colds and flu and are recommended to relieve pain due to mild arthritis. Panadol can also reduce your temperature when you have a fever.How to take Panadol Advance 500mg Tablets Adults (including the elderly) and children aged 16 years and over: Take 1 – 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as required.

Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours. Do not take more than eight tablets in 24 hours. Children (10 – 15 years): Give one tablet every 4 to 6 hours as needed.

Do not give more than four tablets in 24 hours. Do not give more frequently than every 4 hours. Do not give to children for three days without consulting a doctor.
