Change every four hours or as needed. Light-Day Pad: this pad is suitable for light incontinence and daily wear. 9 inches length 2.5 inches wide when snapped.

Moderate-Day Pad Plus: this pad is suitable for light incontinence with a little extra length. 10 inches length 2.5 inches wide when snapped. Moderate Extra-Night Pad: this pad is suitable for moderate incontinence and provides extra length.

12 inches length 2.5 inches wide when snapped. Please note that our products are most suited to people with bladder weakness and mild incontinence, stress incontinence, and urgency incontinence. Our products are not suitable for people with total incontinence and overflow incontinence.
