Measuring 2390 x 1790mm overall this playhouse will give you many years of enjoyment. The four windows are safety glazed and the door has a full-length piano hinge to avoid trapped fingers; the playhouse is CE approved. The Loft is constructed on 34mm square framing and clad with planed 12mm Shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, FSC northern European pine.
The playhouse comes with a base coat applied ready for you to complete with your top coat; if you can decide on a colour! Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and access for painting and during installation.
