On the back of the tag you can have all your details engraved. For example, Name, Emergency phone number, Person to contact in an emergency, Blood Group, Date Of Birth, medical condition, etc... They can either come with a 60cm chain or a 25mm split ring to attach to your key ring.

Please choose when ordering. Tag Measures: 2" x 1.2" approx. If choosing the double tag, there are 3 sides which can be engraved.
