Fulfilling the VOC requirement in the BREEAM International certificate system, it has a VOC rating of zero (<5 g/l), it also has London Underground approval for use in sub surface locations and is ideal where a washable, matt finish is needed. Guaranteeed to provide a flat finish, it is easy to apply and has excellent adhesion to the surface.
